Hi, I'm James Allred, that's Madeline.

I experienced my first colonic hydrotherapy session in 1973.  At that time I did not understand this was my second attempt in crying-out for help, from somewhere other than my ego and rebellious attitude.  Bad choices of food at age five and the inability to safely feel and express my emotions by age eight, and then the negative thought processes of self-sabotage by age eleven, almost brought me to obliteration.  Asking for help seemed impossible.

About one year into weekly colonic sessions, my physical rehabilitation made a substantial shift. The prescribed antibiotics I had taken for acne finally released from my body, allowing for a dramatic shift in my consciousness and health.  I realized there was truth and wisdom in the ancient arts of health.  Immediately I began studying my father's books on herbs, diet and the body.

In 1977, and with no formal training, I spontaneously began practicing Colon Hydrotherapy.

Then, in 1983 my formal training in Bodywork as a massage therapist began.  This is when my true emotional excavation and rehabilitation began.  To perceive the soma, and use various Bodywork skills to uncover and move stagnant life-force energies and emotions held in the tissues, this is my foundation and purpose.

My personal therapy and processing continued as did my detailed and extensive training for several years more.  My education and training is equivalent to a Master's degree in Body-Psychology with an emphasis on Character Structure - how and why energy stagnates in the body.  Please read my page experience.
